Account Executive

• Develop a deep understanding of client business strategy, solutions, and services; tailor programming and event execution to meet client objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of multiple agency workstreams including Partnership Management, Event Planning & Delivery (including VIP Guest Management), Content & Comms, Global Market engagement, and Measurement.
• Take a lead role in the planning and rollout of events & hospitality programs globally
• Oversee supplier management: briefing, contracting, budget control, performance tracking, and on-site supervision.
• Ensure compliance with client and Formula 1 operational standards, venue regulations, health & safety requirements, and brand guidelines; escalate operational issues for rapid resolution.
• Take responsibility for overall agency finance in relation to the client’s total budget and management of supplier payments.
• Manage internal resource to ensure we are servicing the clients efficiently and in line with scopes.
• Create and present client-facing presentations, proactively managing timelines and decision-making milestones.
• Support new business pitches and proposal development.
• Mentor junior team members, embedding a culture of operational excellence and accountability.

Account Director

Account Manager

• This is an exciting opportunity to be one of the early team members to join the Bright New York team.
• The Senior Account Manager, Events will work across two of our key clients to activate their partnerships with a focus on Events & Hospitality.
• You will be expected to add real value to our client’s business.
• You will plan, create and activate a events and experiences designed for B2B & B2C clients and projects.
• You will also have the chance to work with the London team to support the activation of global projects in North America.
• The position is based in New York, USA with domestic & international travel.
• You will be required to come into the office 3 days a week to be with the team.
• A key task will be ensuring that you are always one step ahead of the client.
• You will need to have a proactive client mindset, anticipating client needs, adding strategic value and ensuring a consistently positive client experience.
• Ensure compliance with client and Formula 1 operational standards, venue regulations, health & safety requirements, and brand guidelines; escalate operational issues for rapid resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, including transport, hotels, and venues, ensuring smooth coordination and cross-functional alignment.

Senior Account Manager – Events

• Support the team across multiple high-profile global sponsorship and partnership accounts, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence.
• Assist the account lead with the organization of event logistics, including hotel management, venue research, transport coordination, guest data collection, as well as supplier briefing, onboarding, invoicing, and financial management.
• Support guest communication, including copy proofreading, revisions, and distribution, ensuring all communications are accurate and timely.
• Manage event gifting and branded merchandise, including inventory storage, tracking, and transportation.
• Brief the creative studio to develop communication tools, campaign artwork, and sponsorship assets; review materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Support the account lead in the delivery of content shoots, working closely with talent and production partners to ensure objectives are met.
• Prepare and present content and quarterly updates to internal teams and global markets.
• Provide on-site support for shoots and event management, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional guest experiences.
• Assist with content and social media projects, including writing content briefs and reviewing footage and imagery.
• Attend regular team meetings, take notes, and take ownership of updating internal documents and project trackers in a timely manner.
• Support project tracking and reporting, managing core project documents such as budgets, status reports, post-event materials, and feedback, in collaboration with the wider team.
• Contribute new ideas and innovative thinking to add value to the wider team and agency.
