Provide order management services to clients, including order quoting, order processing, order fulfillment, order review, order entry, order dispatch & support, order payment
Ensure timely release of orders and fulfillment of pre-established standards and policies to achieve customer satisfaction
Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors
May develop support delivery strategy and related processes, escalation procedures and training
Liaise between customers and technical support, product development, sales and field service to identify opportunities for support delivery improvements, cost reduction and value-add to the customer/client
Work with Manager and collaborate with other specialization teammates
Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
Basic knowledge of job processes and tools obtained through work experience
Ability to collaborate with Manager and other specialization teammates
Ability to communicate information that requires some explanation or interpretation
