- Drive business development by showcasing full range of investment banking services
- Leverage existing relationships in the technology ecosystem to originate and close new deal flow
- Lead transactions across technology subsectors from initial pitch to closing, demonstrating execution, negotiation, and closing skills
- Maintain and manage client relationships, advising on corporate finance strategies and communicating complex financial information clearly
- Mentor junior staff and participate in industry events for exposure
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients navigating high-stakes M&A and capital-raising decisions
- Play a strategic role in shaping the future of Bridgepoint Investment Banking
Requirements
- Reside in Chicago, Denver, New York, or Omaha
- Proven experience in middle-market M&A and/or capital advisory within the technology sector
- Track record of executing and leading transactions in software, SaaS, IT services, cybersecurity, fintech, or other technology verticals
- 10+ years of investment banking experience
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Provide resume, list of relevant completed M&A & Capital Raising transactions, and active FINRA licenses
