Sales Development Rep

• Outbound First: Daily phone outreach to ideal target customers (B2B, DACH) with a clear call-to-action: qualified demo appointments.
• Research & Targeting: Build and maintain ICP lists, conduct account and buying-center research, and prioritize opportunities by potential.
• Messaging & Sequences: Develop, test and iterate phone scripts and short follow-ups (email/LinkedIn) — phone remains your primary channel.
• Discovery (light): Qualify leads against clear criteria (pain, need, timing, stakeholders) and hand them off cleanly to the closing team.
• CRM Hygiene: Meticulous documentation of activities, next steps and forecast-relevant information.
• Feedback Loop: Provide structured market and objection feedback to the team to sharpen product and pitch.

• Create AI-Automations : Build AI workflows that enable us to scale efficiently and improve our internal operations.
• Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of high-priority special projects directly for the founders, covering areas like product strategy, partnerships, or fundraising preparation.
• Own Business Insights: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), create insightful reports, and provide the data-driven foundation for our strategic decisions.
