About the role

  • Outbound-first: Telephone prospecting with our target customers (B2B, DACH) with a clear call-to-action: qualified demo appointments.
  • Research & Targeting: Build and maintain ICP lists, conduct account and buying-center research, and prioritize accounts by potential.
  • Messaging & Sequences: Develop, test and iterate phone scripts and short follow-ups (email/LinkedIn).
  • Discovery light: Qualify leads according to clear criteria (pain, need, timing, stakeholders) and hand them over cleanly to the closing team.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of outbound activities.
  • CRM Hygiene: Complete documentation of activities, next steps and forecast-relevant information.
  • Feedback Loop: Feed structured market and objection feedback back to the team to sharpen product and pitch.

Requirements

  • Cold-calling experience: You have demonstrably generated appointments via phone — activity discipline and call volume are a given for you.
  • Strong German communication skills: Clear, concise conversation, active listening and confident handling of objections. English is a plus.
  • Hunter mindset: You love the "first yes", are resilient, eager to learn and work in a numbers- and target-oriented way.
  • Structured & tool-savvy: Comfortable using CRM and sales tools; you work systematically with playbooks and sequences.
  • B2B context: Ideally first exposure to SaaS, Compliance/ESG or more complex B2B sales cycles. Not required but helpful.
  • Remote-fit: Self-organized, reliable and responsive in a remote setup.
  • Growth ambition: You want to grow personally and eventually move into an Account Executive role.
