About the role
- Drive Growth Strategy: Conduct market analysis, identify new customer segments, and help develop our go-to-market playbook to accelerate growth.
- Create AI-Automations : Build AI workflows that enable us to scale efficiently and improve our internal operations.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Take ownership of high-priority special projects directly for the founders, covering areas like product strategy, partnerships, or fundraising preparation.
- Own Business Insights: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), create insightful reports, and provide the data-driven foundation for our strategic decisions.
- Drive Wachstumsstrategie vorantreiben : Durchführung von Marktanalysen , Identifikation neuer Kundensegmente und Mitarbeit an unserem Go-to-Market-Playbook , um Wachstum zu beschleunigen.
- Strategische Projekte leiten : Übernahme von High-Priority-Projekten direkt für die Gründer – z. B. in den Bereichen Produktstrategie , Partnerschaften oder Fundraising-Vorbereitung .
- Business Operations optimieren : Entwicklung und Implementierung von Prozessen und Systemen , die uns helfen, effizient zu skalieren und unsere internen Abläufe zu verbessern.
- Business Insights verantworten : Tracking von KPIs , Erstellung von Reports und Bereitstellung der datenbasierten Grundlage für strategische Entscheidungen.
Requirements
- An outstanding academic record in business, economics, or a STEM field.
- Students from other fields are more than welcome to apply.
- Initial experience (internships or 1-2 years) in a fast-paced environment like management consulting, venture capital, or another high-growth startup.
- A highly analytical and structured thinker with strong business acumen.
- You can break down complex problems into actionable steps.
- An entrepreneurial "get-it-done" mindset .
- You are proactive, hands-on, and thrive on taking ownership with limited oversight.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluency in German and English
- Willing to regularly work on-site either in Hannover or Hamburg
- Ein herausragender akademischer Hintergrund – vorzugsweise in Wirtschaft, BWL oder einem MINT-Fach (aber auch andere Studienrichtungen sind willkommen).
- Erste Berufserfahrung (Praktika oder 1–2 Jahre) in einem dynamischen Umfeld wie Unternehmensberatung, Venture Capital oder einem anderen High-Growth-Startup.
- Analytisches Denken und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit starkem Business Acumen – du kannst komplexe Probleme in konkrete Schritte herunterbrechen.
- Ein unternehmerisches „Get-it-done“-Mindset : proaktiv, hands-on, eigenverantwortlich.
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie fließendes Deutsch und Englisch .
