About the role

  • Develop centralized, standardized tools to evaluate sales performance
  • Conduct data analysis and research to identify opportunities
  • Provide analytical support and sales insights
  • Help drive category, channel, and market-based solutions across BBG markets
  • Support implementation of analytics strategy within markets
  • Foster a data-driven culture to enable informed decision-making, consumer-focused analytics, and business-oriented planning
  • Optimize the value of technology and resources invested in analytics within assigned markets
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations by leveraging internal, syndicated, and industry data
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and solutions effectively to stakeholders
  • Standardize performance measurement with key suppliers and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, analytics and customer service
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other analytical system tools/databases (e.g., SAP WEBI/BOBJ, PowerBI, Connected Excel, TABS Analytics, Nielsen, etc.)
  • Advanced Proficiency leveraging syndicated (Nielsen, IRI, etc.), consumer, shopper research and/or category management data
  • Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
  • Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
