About the role
- Breakthrough T1D seeks a seasoned HRBP who partners with leaders to align the organizational and operational strategy with the people strategy
- Advises leaders on workforce strategy, talent optimization, employee engagement and change leadership while driving a performance culture
- Shapes workforce design, accelerates team performance, and cultivates engagement and equity across the enterprise
- Role is hybrid (New York office) but open to remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor
7s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
- 8-10 years of progressive HRBP, talent strategy, or organizational development experience
- Deep understanding of the HRBP function as a strategic lever, not just a support function
- Strong ability to coach, challenge, and influence senior leaders using data and insight
- Expertise in employee relations, HR compliance, and employment law
- Travel requirement is approximately between 15%-20%. Travel will include visits to field offices & locations, fundraising events, strategy planning meetings & conferences.
