About the role
- Help plan and facilitate design sessions with leaders across the organization
- Create sharp, executive-ready PowerPoint materials
- Dive into performance management best practices, trends, and philosophies
- Turn research into insights we can actually use
- Connect best practices to what we’re hearing from leaders and staff
- Build clear, digestible summaries to help internal partners understand the program
- Keep project plans, timelines, and trackers up to date
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and summarize action items
- Serve as a helpful, responsive point of contact for internal partners
- Support initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, learning, engagement, and succession planning based on team priorities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources, Psychology, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong communication skills — writing, presenting, synthesizing
- High organization and follow-through
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Genuine curiosity about how organizations grow, develop, and support their people
