About the role

  • Help plan and facilitate design sessions with leaders across the organization
  • Create sharp, executive-ready PowerPoint materials
  • Dive into performance management best practices, trends, and philosophies
  • Turn research into insights we can actually use
  • Connect best practices to what we’re hearing from leaders and staff
  • Build clear, digestible summaries to help internal partners understand the program
  • Keep project plans, timelines, and trackers up to date
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and summarize action items
  • Serve as a helpful, responsive point of contact for internal partners
  • Support initiatives across recruiting, onboarding, learning, engagement, and succession planning based on team priorities

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Human Resources, Psychology, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Strong communication skills — writing, presenting, synthesizing
  • High organization and follow-through
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Genuine curiosity about how organizations grow, develop, and support their people
