Manager

• Proactively and reactively identifies and vets high net worth prospects and corporations with the capacity and inclination to grow the corporate prospect pipelines and ensure the best prospects are evaluated and uncovered based on their financial capacity, ability to give, philanthropic interests, and relationship to Breakthrough T1D
• Conducts in-depth, complex, and accurate research on corporations, individuals, and foundations in the form of written prospect profiles, briefings, and reports
• Investigates and evaluates new corporate, individual, and foundation donor prospects and leads and provides biographical and background information to determine potential for long- and short-term giving and development
• Writes detailed prospect briefings for fundraising-related meetings and functions attended by Global Development staff, Leadership Team, and key volunteers
• Works in conjunction with the Corporate and Institutional Giving, Leadership Giving, and Global Development Teams to identify, research, and distribute qualified leads to help build and sustain a strong pipeline of prospects and donors
• Help summarize and synthesize data and other critical information in electronic files and within our current constituent management relationship database to ensure accurate data hygiene
• Records, organizes, and maintains prospect information in electronic files and within our current constituent management relationship database (Salesforce CRM) to ensure accurate donor hygiene
• Utilizes prospect research tools such as Wealth Engine, iWave, RelSci, and Foundation Center to conduct further analysis and assist with prospecting
• In partnership with the greater Philanthropic Intelligence and Analytics Team, enhances and deepens portfolio and pipeline management and implementation across all of Breakthrough T1D
• Ensures protocols are in place, adhering to all donor privacy and ethical standards upheld by APRA

Manager, Prospect Research

• implement revenue and engagement plans that drive new levels of performance and year-over-year growth in the chapter
• responsible for achieving personal event revenue goals and support the achievement of overall event, and ultimately chapter revenue and engagement goals
• secure event sponsors and corporate teams to drive greater awareness and revenue for assigned event(s)
• provide 1:1 coaching of fundraising best practices with event participants; elevate fundraising activation

Director

• Execute strategic revenue plans to drive profitable, diversified, and sustainable year-over-year growth in the chapter.
• Assume responsibility for achieving both personal and chapter level revenue goals; and support the achievement of territory revenue goals.
• Drives new levels of performance in Peer 2 Peer, Signature Events, individual giving, and constituent relationship management within the chapter.
• In collaboration with national and chapter partners, collaborate on annual strategy for corporate engagement, major giving, and stewardship at the chapter level.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of the overall enterprise architecture
• Design, deploy, and manage production-grade AWS infrastructure with an emphasis on reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Build and maintain solutions using key AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudFront, Route 53, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch, and KMS
