About the role
- Manage brand partner and/or internal cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes
- Manage the implementation process to onboard new brand partners
- Execute contractual agreements and coordinate logistics for new card program launches
- Manage the relationship with project stakeholders and keep all informed of progress and issues
- Support brand partners and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance
- Organize work across 45-60 stakeholders and resolve conflicts
- Help brand partners plan and write work statements based on their needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- PMP Certification within one year
- 2+ years experience in project management or financial services/credit card industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years experience with at least 3 years in credit card industry (preferred)
- Experience working with merchant acquiring or fintechs (preferred)
