About the role
- Lead a team of engineering associates and contractors
- Provide development through coaching and performance management
- Participate in technology development and application roadmap
- Improve applications and processes focusing on quality and efficiency
- Manage resource capacity and demand on projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience managing and/or leading engineering teams
- 2+ years experience with technical components (Go, Java, PostgreSQL, Redis)
- Preferred: 4+ years managing engineering teams
- Skills in Agile Methodology, DevOps, JavaScript, Microsoft Azure
