Identify and recommend relevant ServiceNow training materials and sessions to meet team learning needs
Proactively address and resolve roadblocks encountered during train-the-trainer sessions to ensure successful knowledge transfer
Maintain and update existing system guides to reflect current processes and features
Develop new, high-quality training materials tailored to user roles and project requirements
Partner with the communications team to develop and refine documentation that supports project goals and user adoption
Offer UI/UX recommendations to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience
(Nice to have) Collaborate with the client to plan and facilitate pilot sessions, gathering, organizing, and integrating feedback into solution improvements
Requirements
5 years of professional experience with a minimum 2 years specific to ServiceNow
Able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
US citizen
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Worked within Agile environments, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and iterative delivery
Produced clear, concise written documentation and delivered effective verbal communications to technical and non-technical audiences
Analyzed and documented business processes, translating them into actionable technical specifications
Resolved complex issues through strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail
Collaborated with stakeholders at all organizational levels to align objectives and deliver value
