About the role

  • Recruit and enroll 150–200 Fellows (students) into the Braven Accelerator course for Spring 2026
  • Develop vision and strategy to effectively enroll and retain students
  • Use Salesforce and Google Suite to manage recruitment data, operations, and pipelines
  • Analyze recruitment data weekly to inform recruiting strategy
  • Organize and support recruitment presentations and materials and host recruitment events
  • Maintain relationships with student organizations and campus partners
  • Assess and improve engagement strategies using quantitative, qualitative, and anecdotal data
  • Provide design input and feedback to External Affairs on marketing materials and share compelling student stories with Communications
  • Support the Social Media and Marketing Committee
  • Participate in individual annual and quarterly planning, Pre-Accelerator meetings, training, and all-team events
  • Report to the Senior Director of the Dallas-Fort Worth Region as part of the regional team
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience with a track record of success in recruitment and/or marketing
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the non-profit field
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and Asana
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills
  • Proven ability to create, operationalize, and manage project plans, meeting milestones and deadlines
  • Track record of using data and metrics to drive decisions and measure performance
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability; comfortable with ambiguity
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion
  • Experiences that prepare you to work with Braven’s student Fellow population
  • Ability to work in-person in the Dallas-Fort Worth (TX) area at least 3 days per week
  • Travel to 2-3 events per semester in the surrounding DFW area
  • Ability to attend 2-3 events during the weekend per semester
  • Physical requirement: lifting and carrying up to 20-50 pounds
