Solutions Engineer

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, agencies, and other strategic accounts.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client objectives, challenges, and commercialization strategies.
• Present BranchLab's platform, products, and services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to specific business needs and use cases.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking within CRM systems.
• Develop proposals, pricing strategies, business cases, and commercial agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Own contract negotiations and drive opportunities through successful close.
• Partner with Product, Data Science, Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure successful handoff, implementation, and long-term customer success.
• Represent BranchLab at industry events, conferences, client meetings, and networking opportunities to increase market awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Drive account expansion opportunities by identifying additional use cases, products, channels, and services that deliver value to existing clients.

Enterprise Solutions Manager

Operations

• Support low- to medium-complexity audience builds and distributions with guidance from Platform Operations team members.
• Execute defined workflows for audience setup, distribution, QA, status tracking, and documentation.
• Help ensure accuracy across audience logic, codes, taxonomy, rates, client seat IDs, delivery status, and other setup details.
• Monitor assigned delivery tasks and raise blockers, inconsistencies, or unclear requirements early.
• Maintain clear documentation of delivery status, required inputs, completed QA steps, and open issues.
• Complete QA steps carefully to help ensure audience builds and distributions are accurate before delivery.
• Review audience setup details, delivery instructions, partner requirements, and internal trackers for completeness and consistency.
• Follow established best practices for documentation, QA, partner communication, and delivery tracking.
• Identify opportunities to reduce errors, clarify workflows, and improve delivery timelines.
• Support initial troubleshooting when audience delivery, activation, or campaign setup issues arise.
• Gather relevant context, documentation, screenshots, partner updates, and internal details to help diagnose issues.
• Escalate delivery issues, data discrepancies, timeline risks, or unclear partner responses appropriately.
• Track open troubleshooting items and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.
• Learn how campaign performance, audience quality, partner workflows, and client objectives influence troubleshooting decisions.
• Work closely with Platform Operations team members to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with Client Services and other internal partners to understand client objectives, requirements, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Provide helpful status updates and context when asked.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture where accuracy, responsiveness, and client impact matter — and where teammates help each other do great work.
• Build an understanding of how audience strategy, campaign performance, delivery partners, and client goals connect.
