Complete the design and development of personal lines contracts
Maintain forms and perform system reviews and testing to locate inconsistencies in formatting and compliance
QA testing of product output to ensure filed forms and rates/rules are working as intended
Complete filings and respond to any regulatory inquiries on the contract
Serve as resident expert on the contract terms for product lines
Review competitors' offerings and market needs to inform contract design
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, and IT teams
Write detailed documentation for contract updates and QA test cases
Requirements
2+ years of Personal Lines insurance and / or QA experience
Experience in writing or interpreting insurance contracts and / or QA testing of insurance products
Familiarity with policy language interpretation and ability to compare coverage differences across contracts
Experience in contract drafting, revision, or compliance review in an insurance context
Experience reviewing insurance products for accuracy and compliance before deployment
Familiarity with QA methodologies, including test planning, test case development, and defect tracking
Experience conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing) or regression testing for insurance systems
Ability to analyze system output, policy issuance, and rating results for discrepancies
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Underwriting, Actuarial, and IT teams
Ability to write detailed documentation for contract updates and QA test cases
Strong communication skills to report findings, issues, and suggested improvements
Interest in owning insurance contract development for personal lines
Experience in insurance contract development and state regulatory environments
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Property and Casualty insurance experience in products, sales, or claims
Technical knowledge and system experience
