Accountant

• Own daily banking and cash management, code transactions, investigate discrepancies, and maintain an accurate current cash position
• Manage accounts receivable, enterprise invoicing and billing, customer subscriptions, billing records, payment status, billing exceptions, and failed payments
• Run accounts payable, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, coding and approvals, payment schedules, and vendor records
• Support month-end close through reconciliations, workpapers, supporting schedules, financial reporting, audit, and compliance activities
• Lead the transition of accounting activities in-house by partnering with external accountants, transferring knowledge, documenting processes, and bringing recurring activities in-house
• Review and reconcile daily cash activity to provide leadership with real-time cash visibility
• Improve invoicing follow-up and reduce collection delays
• Establish documented internal accounting processes and enable finance leadership to focus on forecasting and strategy

Senior Accountant

Analyst

• Own daily reserve management monitor positions, ensure adequate coverage across fiat and on-chain providers, and resolve anomalies before they become problems
• Execute and oversee wire transfers, ACH settlements, and wallet funding across Brale's banking and custodial relationships
• Build and maintain treasury rebalancing workflows that keep funds appropriately distributed across rails, partners, and reserve accounts
• Optimize for returns associated with reserves across the Brale portfolio optimizing for performance that benefits our clients
• Develop operational controls, reconciliation processes, and documentation that scale with transaction volume
• Partner with finance, compliance, and engineering to improve the reliability and auditability of treasury processes

Treasury Analyst

Account Executive

• Run the full cycle: discovery → solutioning → proposal/commercials → close → clean handoff to Customer Success
• Sell credibly without a Sales Engineer: lead demos, explain flows of funds, handle API/integration conversations
• Drive tight process: crisp notes, clear next steps, clean pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasts
• Navigate complexity: compliance + legal + technical stakeholders in the same deal
• Convert demand: win high-intent inbound/referrals and run targeted outbound where it counts
• Contribute to team development: share playbooks, coach junior AEs on discovery and deal process as the team grows

Senior Account Executive
