QA Engineer

• Be the technical domain owner for firmware and system software validation, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and best practices across all QA activities
• Define and maintain the QA Domain Roadmap in alignment with the Head of QA
• Promote and ensure that common methodologies, processes, documentation standards and QA tools are applied across all teams
• Mentor QA engineers and Embedded tech leads in test strategy, firmware validation, and integration testing
• Develop test concepts for external partners, reporting format to Bragi
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align QA practices with product and architecture roadmaps
• Provide technical guidance on complex validation topics including firmware-app integration, audio validation, and embedded system testing
• Support hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews by advising the Head of QA on technical competencies
• Participate in customer or stakeholder meetings as a QA technical representative when required

Lead QA Engineer

Sales

• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and implement business development initiatives for domestic and overseas audio brands
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners (SoC, ODM, IDH) to provide tailored solutions and ensure positive experiences
• Conduct market research to track industry trends and competitors
• Provide technical support and expertise during the sales and business development process, including product demonstrations, reports, technical presentations, and training sessions
• Travel within Guangdong province (including Zhuhai, Dongguan, Shenzhen, etc.) and occasionally to other locations nationally and internationally for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
• Manage ODM and IDH data in CRM systems, develop and maintain ODM partnerships, and act as a liaison between Western brand customers and Eastern supply chain partners

• Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery, from early concepts to implementation, ensuring the team consistently delivers valuable outcomes to customer
• Ensure there is always a meaningful offer available to the customer, by maintaining a well-defined, prioritized backlog aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, who defines the product roadmap and business priorities translating these into actionable plans for your scrum team
• Act as a delivery leader for your team, developing realistic plans based on capacity, clear prioritization, and defined milestones
