• Take responsibility for paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta and work closely with clients and the internal team.
• Plan, implement, manage and optimize paid social campaigns focusing on Meta Ads
• Analyze and interpret relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR or conversion rate
• Develop data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance
• Manage your own client projects or independent parts within our project teams
• Prepare, conduct and follow up on client meetings
• Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls and coordination meetings
• Structured management of to-dos, timelines and next steps in daily project work
• Close collaboration with the team on strategy, execution, testing and learnings
• Coordinate creatives, reports and feedback within your project teams
• Clean reporting as well as transparent presentation of results and recommendations
