About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and advise our performance marketing clients (email, Slack, calls), including preparation, execution and follow-up of meetings
  • Develop cross-channel marketing recommendations (Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok Ads, organic & paid) based on goals, funnel and data
  • Translate client goals into concrete actions: briefings, prioritization, implementation proposals and testing roadmaps
  • Operational support in day-to-day activities: campaign planning, account structuring, ad/creative requests, quality checks and ongoing optimization together with the performance team
  • Create clear creative and copy briefings for designers/video editors and coordinate internal execution (task allocation, tracking timelines)
  • Monitoring & reporting: analyze performance data, derive learnings and present them clearly to clients (insights & next steps)
  • Ensure structured collaboration: document to-dos, improve processes and act as the interface between clients and the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media, Business Psychology or similar)
  • Excellent communication skills: confident in calls, clear in emails/chats, professional demeanor with clients
  • Strong interest in performance marketing and digital channels (Google Ads, social media ads, tracking/attribution basics, funnel thinking)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to derive actionable recommendations from data (e.g., KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
  • Structured, independent working style with a good sense of prioritization and project organization (you proactively keep topics on track)
  • Hands-on mentality: ready to work operationally and take responsibility
  • Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Awork/Pipedrive/Brevo, etc. is a plus (not required)
  • Very good German skills (C1+) and good English skills
  • Independent, structured working style and eagerness to take on responsibility
