About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, implement, manage and optimize paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads
Analyze and interpret relevant KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rate
Develop data-driven optimization approaches and strategies to improve performance
Take ownership of client projects or independent parts of projects within our teams
Prepare, conduct and follow up on client meetings
Ongoing communication with clients via email, calls and coordination meetings
Structured management of tasks, timelines and next steps in day-to-day project work
Close collaboration with the team on strategy, execution, testing and learnings
Coordinate creatives, reporting and feedback within your project teams
Accurate reporting and transparent presentation of results and recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in paid social
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of performance metrics and a data-driven approach
Willingness to take responsibility for own topics and projects
Structured, reliable and independent working style, with a good sense of prioritization and project organization
Confidence in client communication
Enjoy working in a team and driving projects forward efficiently together
Basic understanding of project management and prioritization
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Awork, Pipedrive, Brevo, etc. is a plus (not required)
Excellent written and spoken German
Based in Munich or nearby, or willingness to come into the office once a week
