Therapist

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments with newly admitted patients
• Assess and document risk of harm to self or others
• Develop a treatment plan with patient-specific goals, interventions, and timeframes
• Collaborate with treatment team to plan appropriate aftercare
• Conduct individual therapy sessions with patients
• Lead process groups on a range of topics related to addiction, recovery, and wellbeing
• Facilitate family sessions
• Develop and lead specialty groups or sessions unique to your interests and expertise
• Leverage de-escalation skills to ensure patient safety and reduce AMA risk
• Maintain and promote healthy boundaries
• Promote and protect each patient’s independence, privacy, dignity, and emotional and physical well being
• Complete progress notes for individual, group, and family sessions
• Update treatment plans to reflect patient progress and challenges
• Capture any safety concerns and interventions or referrals initiated
• Document all clinical assessments as required

Manager

• Train and supervise the kitchen staff to perform according to the established policies and procedure of the Dietary Services Department and of the general administration
• Inventory, purchase, and receive all food and non-food supplies to accurately meet the demands of menu, census, and efficient kitchen management.
• Provide for the preservation of excess or surplus food in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain equipment and work area in clean and orderly manner including proper cleaning and storage of kitchen and serving utensils
• Evaluate and discipline employees. Make recommendations for discharge and refer to the Dietary General Manager and Executive Director
• Establish work schedule and consult or advise food service employees on any aspect of work performance
• Review menus and order food items, ensuring that established cost and quality standards are met
• Alter menus as need for individual patient food tolerances, allergies, or religious restrictions
• Prepare accurate and timely purchasing reports, schedules, evaluations, timecards, orientation/training forms, and other reports as necessary
• Must be able to work in a cooperative manner with co-workers, manager, clients, and prospective clients

Food Service Manager

Director

• Provide leadership and supervision to therapists, counselors, and case managers, ensuring clinical excellence and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Develop and implement clinical programming, ensuring alignment with state and federal regulations, industry standards, and organizational goals.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and extensions of treatment, ensuring decisions align with patient needs and clinical best practices.
• Conduct staff meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision to support professional development and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Mediate patient and family concerns regarding treatment delivery, ensuring a patient-centered approach.

Director of Outpatient Services

Administration

• Plans, organizes and controls overall functions of the outpatient and outreach location in accordance with corporate policies and objectives.
• Carry out individual marketing and public relations activities.
• Establish and maintain effective communication between referral sources and facility.
• Supervise and assist business affairs, clinical operations, crisis and marketing staff along with their activities.
• Know and abide by the general provisions of 42 CFR Part 2, "Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records"; and 45 CFR "Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act".
• This position has unrestricted access to patient health information.
• Supervise and direct all locations affairs in accordance with established Bradford policies and practices.
• Carry out all policies established by corporate directives.
• Selects, employs, manages and discharges all employees and maintains personnel policies of the facility.
• Responsible for annual location marketing and financial budget plans.
• Keep all physical properties in good repair and operating condition.
• Supervise all business affairs and ensure that the results of operations are in line with the budget.
• Coordinate with the crisis coordinator and clinical staff to establish and maintain effective communication between referral sources and the facility.

• Scan insurance EOBs, verification and miscellaneous letters received daily
