Account Executive

• Manage day-to-day media relations in collaboration with the broader team
• Assist in securing print, online, and broadcast placements as directed by senior team members
• Begin developing relationships with junior-level editors
• Participate in strategic brainstorming sessions with internal client teams
• Plan and execute PR events alongside the team (brand/product launches, editor meetings, store openings, Fashion Week, etc.)
• Create and maintain beauty awards tracking grids and manage submissions
• Conduct research on relevant new outlets and industry trends
• Coordinate and manage all editor mailings in conjunction with the mailing house
• Track social media posts and/or manage tracking platforms
• Assemble mailing recaps, including key metrics and KPIs
• Assist with influencer outreach and in-office send-outs as needed
• Create and update press credit analyses in conjunction with Cision
• Track and monitor secured press for assigned accounts and distribute updates to the team in a timely manner
• Scan press credits immediately and share with the team; coordinate with the social media team for public release
• Share press results in real time
• Ensure press results are captured in weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Manage online tracking and digital analysis for applicable clients
• Assist with press releases, including writing and distribution
• Help coordinate and review interviews for accuracy
• Assist in drafting interview responses as needed
• Update media (and occasional influencer) lists with contact changes and distribute monthly
• Compile weekly press coverage updates (sent Fridays, where applicable)
• Manage UPS and messenger shipments, ensuring accurate coding, client billing, and presentation
• Place product orders and support the Beauty Logistics Manager with storage closet management
• Manage editor birthday lists and gifting
• Order office and mailing supplies (bags, tissue paper, folders, etc.)
• Coordinate client and spokesperson travel needs
• Assist with scheduling internal and external calls
• Support the team with additional scheduling and organizational needs as required

Assistant Account Executive, Beauty

Public Relations

• Serve as a primary client contact, leading multiple account programs and teams while delivering strategic value.
• Create and execute integrated PR campaigns that drive media coverage and brand awareness.
• Develop and advise clients on PR positioning, messaging, and measurable communications strategies.
• Proactively pitch and secure high-impact editorial opportunities; maintain ongoing press interest through creative story angles and news-driven outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel and lifestyle media and influencers to secure coverage.
• Draft press materials including press releases, bios, talking points, and media alerts.
• Provide strategic input on content development and distribution to maximize media visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with agency teams across social, events, and influencer marketing to deliver integrated programs.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Brainstorm and execute creative partnership and activation ideas for clients and new business prospects.
• Develop full launch strategies for client partnerships and brand activations.
• Participate in new business efforts including ideation, research, and proposal development.
• Contribute to agency growth by introducing clients to new capabilities, expanding industry relationships, and engaging in relevant organizations.
• Manage planning and execution of client events (staffing, production, guest outreach, budgets, etc.).
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and other project-related deliverables.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure strong performance and professional growth.

Senior PR Lead, Travel, Wine, Spirits

• Develop client-appropriate target lists and assisting in development of celebrity and influencer brand strategies
• Assist in execution of influencer & celebrity relations strategies for clients across fashion, wine & spirits, beauty, mobility, and more
• Create call agendas and take notes outlining client and internal action items
• Work to foster and develop relationships with brand-appropriate influencers & stylists and their teams
• Consistently research new up-and-coming talent, emerging influencers, award season films and buzz-worthy VIP events and communicating to the team and clients where appropriate
• Support in planning small influencer activations, events and programs
• Manage shipping and messengering products & mailings, ensuring accuracy in presentation and delivery in collaboration with in-house teams and/or BPCM’s showroom manager
• Pro-actively search for client placements on social media & photo sites and distributing images to the client once secured
• Ensure appropriate presentation of client collections within the showroom and managing inventories
• Participate in brainstorms for creative partnership and activation ideas for clients
• Support with VIP outreach to talent teams (publicists, managers and agents) to secure targeted talent to attend client or project-based events
• Coordinate white-glove services for special events, including booking glam, cars and wardrobe and creating a detailed event itinerary for each VIP event attendee
• Create celebrity dressing and special event press releases and distributing them to fashion and entertainment media via Launchmetrics
• Participate in Los Angeles event staffing for clients across the company
• Support team in updating weekly and monthly client reports as well as any project, event, or campaign recaps
• Track and report social media metrics both manually and through Lefty or client-preferred platforms
