- Identify new business opportunities and lead/drive business development activities
- Actively promote Castrol’s unique offers to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in target customers
- Work and coordinate closely with internal cross-functional organizations
- Manage sales pipelines and maximize lead identification & conversion to actual business
- Share successful business cases in timely manner among other markets
- Some travel may be required with this role
Requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and lead/drive business development activities in selected sectors thru Castrol’s differentiated offers
- Actively promote Castrol’s unique offers to potential customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders in target customers
- Work and coordinate closely with Castrol internal cross-functional organizations
- Manage sales pipelines and maximizing lead identification & conversion to actual business
- Share successful business cases in timely manner among other markets outside of Japan
- Some travel may be required with this role, this is negotiable
