About the role
- Draft legal documents (pleadings, motions, etc.) for negotiations and proceedings
- Take depositions, attend hearings, conduct mediation, and represent clients at trial
- Conduct legal research and assist with preparation for hearings
- Provide legal counsel to clients and analyze legal matters
- Advise clients and negotiate on their behalf
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management
- Maintain up-to-date client files
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Florida and/or Georgia Bar Admission
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
- Must meet billing goal expectations
