Project Manager

• Manage multiple customer projects end‑to‑end, including planning, delivery, reporting and communication
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards
• Create project plans (scope, timelines, resources, budgets) and follow boxxe governance
• Lead cross‑functional project teams and coordinate internal resources and external partners
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and cost, and keep risks and issues actively controlled
• Produce clear project documentation and present progress, financials and risks to senior stakeholders
• Act as the main customer contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Track and report accurate progress, including % complete, resource usage and revenue forecasts
• Conduct post‑project reviews to identify improvements and lessons learned
• Support new initiatives, process improvements, and provide team cover as needed
• Mentor and support Project Coordinators and collaborate with Senior PMs/Portfolio Managers
• Complete ad‑hoc PMO tasks and ensure compliance with all boxxe and Safety/Health/Environmental policies

Support Engineer

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve IT issues with hardware, software and network devices.
• Manage alerts from our monitoring platform - acknowledge, troubleshoot and resolve where possible.
• Follow best practice for ticket management as outlined in boxxe’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Ensure a high level of first-time fixes are achieved.
• Evaluate and chase up escalated tickets appropriately to ensure customer demands are met.
• Manage 3rd party communication and tickets via their respective portals and email.
• Appropriate and timely escalation of incidents and request to senior teams.
• Provide exceptional communication between the service desk, NOC, resolver groups and end users.
• Communicate at all levels within the business in both written and verbal form.
• Consistently maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular feedback to customer regarding the status of their tickets.
• Meet and exceed customer specific service level agreements (SLAs).

Support Analyst

People Operations

• Act as a trusted partner to managers and stakeholders, offering clear, practical advice on day‑to‑day people matters and employee relations
• Manage a variety of employee relations cases from start to finish, coaching managers and ensuring fair and consistent outcomes, with support on more complex or high‑risk issues when needed
• Provide guidance to the People Services team on policy interpretation, operational judgement, and employee relations queries
• Help improve and maintain people policies, templates, and ways of working, focusing on simplicity, consistency, and the smart use of automation
• Spot opportunities to simplify, standardise, and improve People Services processes to create a more efficient and scalable function
• Work closely with the Head of People Services to embed strong governance, controls, and compliance across all people processes
• Use people data and trends to highlight risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous improvement
• Partner with the People Partnering team and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent and joined‑up approach to people support across the organisation
• Keep operational impacts (payroll, systems, compliance) in mind when advising managers, ensuring decisions are practical and aligned
• Act as a key point of expertise for right‑to‑work and immigration matters, ensuring compliance and giving clear guidance to managers
• Support people‑focused projects and initiatives that align with business needs and the wider People strategy
