General Counsel

• Work closely with the Head of Legal to deliver on the Legal Team’s strategic plans.
• Provide in-house legal support and advice in relation to new and existing/renewing business.
• Manage the legal risk exposure across all business areas and contract negotiations.
• Support the bids & tender and sales teams by reviewing tender documents and providing guidance on public framework agreements.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating standard agreements, including NDAs, vendor contracts, and customer agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support and ensure consistency with company policies.
• Help identify and manage legal risks in day-to-day business activities.
• Work with the Head of Legal to enhance legal processes, structures, and policies.
• Advise on disputes, engage in settlements, and manage litigation proceedings.
• Maintain accurate legal records, including contracts, policies, and filings.

Project Manager

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of a large, complex SDA project for a key customer.
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, billing milestones, and budget adherence.
• Lead multi‑disciplinary project teams, including consultants, engineers, coordinators, partners, and third parties.
• Act as the primary customer and stakeholder contact, providing clear, timely updates and managing expectations.
• Manage project changes, risks, and issues through structured controls, RAID logs, and mitigation actions.
• Produce and maintain all required project documentation in line with our business methodology.
• Prepare and present regular status, financial, and risk reports to senior management.
• Drive effective communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and checkpoints to ensure alignment and progress.
• Ensure accurate progress tracking, reporting, and revenue/resource forecasting.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation on the agreed shared platform.
• Coordinate internal and external delivery resources to ensure seamless execution.
• Mentor and support project team members to foster collaboration and performance.
• Identify and present well‑considered solutions, options, and impacts for decision‑making.
• Proactively resolve project challenges and escalate when necessary.
• Support continuous improvement and adopt changes that enhance PMO processes.
