Business Development Rep

• Own onboarding and ongoing support for EASI channel partners (ESCOs, developers, EPCs, co-ops) — from NDA to first modeled project to portfolio adoption.
• Run product demos: live at conferences and meetups, and scheduled deep-dives with prospective partners; drive on-the-spot signups.
• Support the sales team in using EASI for their own deals (proposals, budgetary pricing, RFP inputs).
• Gather structured partner feedback and verify partner-modeled projects as real commercial pipeline.
• Own activation and retention of the existing user base: guided first-project onboarding, re-engagement campaigns, and targeted newsletters.
• Create technical content — case studies and “how to model X in EASI” walkthroughs (resiliency, bridging power, flexible interconnection) — for LinkedIn, Reddit developer communities, and the blog.
• Run outbound experiments (cold email/calls to target segments) and identify high-fit events for demos.
• Monitor product analytics (MixPanel) to spot stuck users, feature gaps, and conversion candidates.
• Turn user research and partner feedback into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmap input.
• Drive go-to-market for new EASI features: release messaging, documentation, training material, and demo scripts.

Product & Business Development Associate – Energy Software

Operations

• Develop a deep understanding of each system's behavior, proactively identify emerging issues, and coordinate corrective action with field services and engineering.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, response times, and SLA performance — and help build the SOPs that scale them across the fleet.
• Help uphold our 99.7% power reliability record and contribute to department profitability.
• Coordinate and conduct routine maintenance (typically bi-annual) covering inverter, PV, BESS, generator, structural, and mechanical systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for third-party service providers and regional subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records of all service activity — installation, maintenance, repairs, and incidents.
• Generate work orders, hazard analyses, field service reports, incident reports, and customer-facing performance reports
• Help build out and improve our CMMS and documentation tracking system, including PM checklists, asset registries, and spare parts inventory.
• Contribute to the standardization of O&M templates, escalation playbooks, and root cause analysis workflows as we scale the department.
• Respond promptly to alerts and service calls during on-call rotations and triage issues remotely where possible.
• Analyze SCADA/monitoring data, system logs, and diagnostic outputs to resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Mobilize to site or assist field crews when complex issues require hands-on resolution.
• Prepare reports and updates for monthly performance reviews and contract milestones.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own the collection, consolidation, and validation of financial data from ERP systems and internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports that provide real-time visibility into project costs, margins, and cash flow
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting packages for the Director of Finance and senior leadership
• Analyze project cost data across the full lifecycle to identify cost drivers and opportunities
• Actively use AI coding tools that automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance to deploy and iterate on internal AI tools that increase team output and analytical quality

Senior Finance Manager

Engineer

• Lead full-cycle engineering design of microgrid systems including solar PV arrays, BESS, backup generators, and hybrid controls architectures.
• Develop and own the system single-line diagrams (SLDs), electrical schematics, equipment specifications, and design packages from 30% through IFC (Issued for Construction).
• Size and select major equipment including inverters, charge controllers, transformers, switchgear, battery systems, and generator sets.
• Perform load analysis, energy modeling, and system performance simulations to validate design assumptions and optimize system configurations.
• Design and specify controls and SCADA architecture for automated microgrid management and remote monitoring.
• Ensure all designs comply with internal company standards, contractual requirements, jurisdictional and utility requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
• Serve as the primary technical lead on multiple concurrent projects from NTP through commissioning and handoff.
• Develop and maintain engineering deliverable schedules aligned with project milestones and deployment timelines.
• Coordinate with AHJs, utilities, and third-party engineers for permitting, interconnection, and inspections.
• Support procurement by developing RFQs, reviewing vendor submittals, and providing technical evaluation of equipment bids.
• Provide technical support to field crews and commissioning teams during installation and startup.
• Review and respond to RFIs, submittals, and design change requests in a timely manner.

Senior Project Engineer, MicroGrids – Renewables

• The Executive Operations Coordinator is a vital part of BoxPower's day-to-day operations.
• You will be involved in the logistics, coordination, and administrative infrastructure that keeps the executive team focused, and the office running — from scheduling and meeting prep to vendor management, new hire onboarding, and company-wide event coordination.
• Work closely with the Chief of Staff and across the full executive team, supporting administrative and logistical needs.
• Assist with data gathering, tracking, and presentation preparation for KPI reviews, all-hands meetings, and other recurring business rhythms.
• Maintain internal directories, org charts, and resource guides so employees can self-serve.
• Prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, slide decks, and supporting spreadsheets.

Executive Operations Coordinator

• Lead commissioning of microgrid systems including paralleling switchgear, automatic transfer switches, generator controls, inverters, DERs, BESS, and solar PV.
• Serve as the on-site technical lead during commissioning, coordinating with remote controls engineers, EPC contractors, and utility interconnection personnel.
• Perform pre-energization checks, insulation resistance testing, point-to-point wiring verification, relay functional testing, and protective device trip testing.
• Energize 480VAC, 125VDC, and 1500VDC systems, including station battery banks, DC distribution panels, battery chargers, solar PV string combiner boxes, and BESS DC circuits.
• Execute hot work, live switching, and breaker racking operations following strict safety protocols.
• Perform LOTO procedures and maintain arc flash safety compliance across all field activities.
• Commission medium-voltage (MV) equipment when project scope requires.
