Product Manager

• Own and define the product roadmap for the EASI microgrid design & optimization software
• Collaborate with software engineers to define and prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Lead user research efforts to gather insights from project developers, EPCs, and internal stakeholders to improve EASI user experience
• Define clear product requirements, use cases, and technical specifications for software enhancements
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize workflows and improve usability
• Drive go-to-market strategies for new EASI features, including customer onboarding, training, and documentation
• Work closely with hardware engineers and product teams to ensure accurate technical specifications for product components are integrated into EASI
• Ensure seamless data interoperability between EASI and BoxPower’s hardware solutions
• Develop and maintain product documentation, technical data sheets, and data models that support hardware-software integration
• Monitor and implement updates to EASI based on changes in product specifications, certifications, or availability

Business Operations

• Design and run quarterly/annual planning, KPI/operating reviews, and decision forums
• Standardize and improve critical workflows end-to-end
• Own internal systems strategy and adoption (ERP/HRIS/CRM/BI)
• Lead the Head of People/HR; ensure scalable people processes and manager enablement
• Implement delegation of authority and approval workflows

VP of Business Operations

Operations

• Lead the monitoring team in oversight of our client-contracted microgrid systems.
• Understand nuances of each system’s operations and proactively identify potential issues.
• Formulate strategies with field services/engineering teams for corrective actions.
• Identify areas for continuous improvement of processes, methods and responses times.
• Aim to uphold our 99.7% power reliability record and department profitability.
• Coordinate and conduct routine maintenance checks (typically bi-annual) on microgrid systems.
• Lead annual diagnostic tests to confirm guaranteed capacities and optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to service calls / alerts when on-call and troubleshoot issues related to microgrid systems.
• Interact with clients and end-users to address concerns, provide training, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist as needed in the installation and commissioning of microgrid components.
