Manager

• Oversee all day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Supervise field crews and subcontractors to maintain progress in line with project schedules.
• Maintain strong site presence to monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and promote accountability.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Lead daily coordination with subcontractors across all trades to ensure seamless workflow.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings, daily huddles, and look-ahead planning.
• Monitor subcontractor progress against schedules and proactively address any delays or issues.
• Support the development and execution of short-term and long-term schedules.
• Track and report daily progress, flag potential delays, and assist in recovery planning.
• Collaborate with the project team to align field efforts with overall project milestones.
• Enforce site-specific safety plans and ensure all workers follow OSHA and company safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety and quality inspections, documenting and correcting deficiencies as needed.
• Promote a jobsite culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, field logs, and subcontractor records.
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Field Operations and Project Management teams.
• Assist with inspections, RFI responses, punch lists, and project closeout documentation.

• Manage and track project documentation including: RFIs, Submittals, Change orders, Contracts, Meeting minutes
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with design teams, owners, and subcontractors
• Assist in developing and updating the project schedule using Primavera P6 or similar
• Support PMs in preparing owner billings, subcontractor payments, and budget reports
• Perform periodic site visits to monitor progress, safety, and compliance
