Independently lead and motivate diverse teams and manage multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environment
Lead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects, following internal processes, resulting in a high degree of client and internal team member satisfaction
Create and maintain a project schedule including activity definition, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements
Proactively monitor, communicate, and manage project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline risk
Ability to understand a problem and work toward a solution by building consensus within the project team
Serve as an advocate for the project team, ensuring that they are empowered and have the information needed to successfully create and deliver an excellent end product
Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and facilitate communication amongst the multidisciplinary project teams and client stakeholders
Schedule and facilitate efficient meetings including producing detailed agenda, facilitating discussions, and ensuring action items are identified and followed up on
Ability to adjust how information is communicated to various audiences, who each process information in their own way, have different working styles, and unique personalities
Foster a collaborative environment within the project team
Ability to resolve conflicts in a mature, productive, and positive manner
Work with the client team and practice leads to ensure that campaign and project deliverables meet client expectations and align to business goals
Develop domain expertise in client's business space to drive results
Ability to easily work with design, content, media and marketing teams, and communicate across all levels in the company
Support process and efficiency improvements across the Program Delivery competency
Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success
Continue expansion and development of new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning
Requirements
BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting
A strong digital DNA with experience in digital marketing and AOR work
A basic understanding of CMS platforms and web technologies
Demonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraints
Worked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 10 or more people
Managed distributed or remote team members
Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum
Experience delivering digital-marketing projects with a focus on campaign, social and media work
Proven communication, organizational skills and a focused attention to detail
Ability to work in an extremely face paced environment
Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Google Sheets, Basecamp, Monday and Slack or equivalent tool for software development
CSM and PMP certifications are a plus
