About the role

  • Lead our Global BDR teams in identifying and engaging with future Botify clients across the US & EMEA
  • Own the global outbound pipeline target, responsible for strategy, execution, and delivery of qualified meeting goals
  • Directly manage the NYC and EMEA BDR teams, ensuring a unified global culture
  • Own the global headcount plan, including recruiting, onboarding, and continuous professional development
  • Partner with Marketing to execute high-touch Account-Based Marketing strategies for Tier-1 global accounts
  • Deliver regular, data-backed insights to the executive team regarding market trends and pipeline health
  • Standardize and optimize the prospecting process for lead qualification
  • Own the global BDR tech stack to ensure peak efficiency

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a SaaS sales-related role
  • At least 3–4 years of proven success leading or mentoring a team
  • Experience managing global or remote teams is a significant plus
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft or similar solutions
