About the role
- Lead our Global BDR teams in identifying and engaging with future Botify clients across the US & EMEA
- Own the global outbound pipeline target, responsible for strategy, execution, and delivery of qualified meeting goals
- Directly manage the NYC and EMEA BDR teams, ensuring a unified global culture
- Own the global headcount plan, including recruiting, onboarding, and continuous professional development
- Partner with Marketing to execute high-touch Account-Based Marketing strategies for Tier-1 global accounts
- Deliver regular, data-backed insights to the executive team regarding market trends and pipeline health
- Standardize and optimize the prospecting process for lead qualification
- Own the global BDR tech stack to ensure peak efficiency
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a SaaS sales-related role
- At least 3–4 years of proven success leading or mentoring a team
- Experience managing global or remote teams is a significant plus
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft or similar solutions
