• Define and execute the international sales strategy across EMEA, APAC, Latin America, and other target regions
• Identify and prioritize markets based on demand signals, competitive landscape, and distribution potential
• Build and manage a pipeline of retail, grocery, e-commerce, and distributor partnerships globally
• Negotiate and close distribution agreements, ranging from regional distributors to national retail chains
• Own international revenue targets and report directly to the Chief Sales Officer
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key buyers, brokers, and distributors across markets
• Represent the brand at international trade shows, industry events, and buyer meetings
• Partner with marketing to ensure brand consistency and localization across regions
• Hire, develop, and lead regional sales managers and account executives as the team scales

• Aggressively pursue new business opportunities within the chain store segment, identifying potential clients and executing strategies to secure contracts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales and promotional strategies that align with the unique selling points of BT
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the national chain store segment
• Develop a deep understanding of each key account's business and leverage this insight to create tailored strategies that drive sales and partnership growth
• Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company goals and standards
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within BT’s product sector
• Adapt sales strategies in response to market shifts and emerging opportunities to maintain and grow market share
• Serve as the primary representative and advocate for our products in all interactions with key accounts
• Set, monitor, and review performance metrics for key accounts, using data-driven insights to guide strategy and decision-making
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, DSDs, and supply chain, to ensure seamless execution of account strategies
