About the role
- Designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge customer portals and architectures
- Implementing scalable, secure, and user-friendly web portals for Distributor, Branch and Dealer Customers
- Developing and maintaining overall web architecture, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Integrating various systems and APIs to create seamless user experiences
- Implementing and maintaining content management systems (CMS) for easy updates and management
- Ensuring web portals are responsive and compatible across multiple devices and browsers
- Conducting regular security audits and implementing best practices to protect user data
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, particularly in smart home and light commercial applications
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues as they arise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in web architecture and development, with a focus on Azure and .Net technologies
- Proficiency in web development languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong experience with content management systems (CMS) and database management systems
- Expertise in responsive web design and user experience (UX) principles
- In-depth knowledge of web security best practices and implementation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, SalesForce
- Experience in designing and implementing portals for ecommerce use cases
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4, NxTrend
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are a plus
- Magento and Adobe Cloud Commerce experience is a plus
