About the role
- Supports day-to-day operations of account managers and customer service representatives.
- Partners with sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth and support product strategy.
- Calls on customer accounts, conducts joint sales calls, and provides field support.
- Responds to customer inquiries and maintains continuous interaction with customers' personnel.
- Evaluates new products and leads customer training on new and existing product lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training/experience required.
- 4+ years of prior experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or product support.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Product knowledge related to tool & safety.
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Office, internet, email, and SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
