About the role

  • Supports day-to-day operations of account managers and customer service representatives.
  • Partners with sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth and support product strategy.
  • Calls on customer accounts, conducts joint sales calls, and provides field support.
  • Responds to customer inquiries and maintains continuous interaction with customers' personnel.
  • Evaluates new products and leads customer training on new and existing product lines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training/experience required.
  • 4+ years of prior experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or product support.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Product knowledge related to tool & safety.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Office, internet, email, and SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
