About the role

  • Play a key role in building and uplifting regulated credit capability across Retail Brands
  • Partner closely with Capability team, business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Design and deliver engaging, high-quality learning solutions that support compliance and performance
  • Responsible for designing and facilitating a range of learning experiences
  • Keep training content current and relevant, ensuring alignment with legislative and policy changes
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and contribute to broader Retail Bank initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong experience in regulated credit and residential lending within a retail banking environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence and build trusted relationships
  • A collaborative, outcome-focused mindset, with a genuine passion for developing others
