About the role

  • Prepare and deliver customized demonstrations for Enterprise prospects, translating their business challenges into concrete, measurable solutions;
  • Actively participate in discovery phases to identify real needs and position Booxi strategically;
  • Clearly explain our solution's integration capabilities (APIs, connectors, SaaS ecosystem) to both business and technical stakeholders;
  • Contribute to RFP responses and produce well-structured, persuasive written materials;
  • Build and maintain effective, reusable demo environments to support the Sales team;
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth sales cycle and a rigorous handoff to implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales engineering (2 years may be considered if the experience is directly related to Retail Tech)
  • Proven experience with complex Enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent product demo skills and result-oriented storytelling
  • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and integration concepts
  • Comfortable with APIs, tools like Postman, and reading JSON
  • Excellent written communication skills (RFPs, technical and commercial documents)
  • Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to work regularly from our Montreal office
  • Comfortable in a loosely structured environment where processes need to be built
  • Autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
