Product Marketing

• You will structure the Product Marketing function at Booxi: set standards, document learnings, and create the conditions for the function to scale with the company.
• Refine our positioning and messaging by persona, by vertical (luxury, beauty, optical, department stores…) and by market (US, Canada, UK, France, Italy, Switzerland); continuously synthesize the Voice of the Customer from client calls, in‑store visits and conversations with retailers.
• Lead GTM strategies and product launches: decide which release to prioritize, in which market, with which angle, and for which persona, in coordination with our Head of Product.
• Produce product content that educates the market and builds Booxi's credibility with retail decision-makers: product blogs, thought leadership and market reports.
• Equip our Sales team with materials that convert: decks, battle cards, one‑pagers, demos, playbooks, product training and pre‑meeting briefs tailored to the deal and the persona.
• Bridge marketing, product and sales: work closely with the Head of Sales on new initiatives and enablement, arm Sales on active opportunities, and feed product with insights from the field.
• Iterate continuously: read the data, keep what works, and rework what doesn't.
