About the role

  • Identify and target strategic accounts within your territory (North America).
  • Conduct structured and effective outbound prospecting (cold outreach, network, partners).
  • Qualify opportunities and build a strong, predictable pipeline.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing and expansion.
  • Develop robust business cases tailored to each client’s specific needs.
  • Handle complex sales cycles (6 months or longer) involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts with large organizations.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers (business, IT, C-level).
  • Represent Booxi at client meetings, events, and on-site visits.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success).

Requirements

  • Established Account Executive with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience.
  • Proven track record in complex B2B sales with long sales cycles (6 months or more).
  • Experience closing high-value deals (US$100K+ ACV), ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • Able to sell integrated technical solutions.
  • Consistent, repeatable history of strong performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong results orientation with a performance-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable in a SaaS and technology environment (integrations, IT ecosystems).
  • Able to manage priorities independently and adaptively.
  • Resilient and persistent, capable of handling objections and rejection.
  • Comfortable with in-person work and team collaboration.
  • Willing to travel as needed for business.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in both French and English.
