Account Strategist & Analyst The Account Strategist & Analyst will work closely with internal teammates to scope, devise, and drive the best solutions for our clients. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. The Account Strategist will be the bridge between data and actionable insights, ensuring our clients receive the highest value from their digital marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting Conduct in-depth analysis of client data from various sources (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, CRM data) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Develop and present clear, concise, and compelling performance reports and dashboards to clients on a regular basis. Translate complex data into easily understandable insights and recommendations Strategic Planning & Execution Partner with Account Managers and other team members to develop and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives. Formulate and present data-backed recommendations for campaign optimizations, budget allocation, and new initiatives. Proactively identify opportunities for new services or campaigns that will add value for the client. Client Communication & Management Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating strategic insights and rationale effectively and confidently. Lead client meetings, presenting data, strategy, and results in a professional and engaging manner. Address client questions and concerns with a data-driven approach, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships. Collaboration & Internal Leadership Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., SEO, PPC, Content, Creative) to ensure strategic plans are executed flawlessly. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team. Contribute to the development of internal processes and frameworks for data analysis and strategy creation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, analytics or strategy role, preferably within an agency environment
Proven experience working with and interpreting data from platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing analytics tools.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio/Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus.
Demonstrated experience in developing and presenting data-driven strategies to clients or stakeholders.
