About the role

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead and department heads to co-design recruitment strategies aligned with business growth, talent forecasts, and departmental priorities.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment for digital and creative roles (Development, QA, UX/UI, Digital Marketing, Content), ensuring speed, consistency, and quality in every hire.
  • Develop tailored sourcing plans by region and role type, leveraging a mix of AI-powered tools, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and niche talent communities across LATAM.
  • Source candidates proactively across LATAM using AI-powered tools, job boards, and niche networks.
  • Build relationships with industry groups, universities, and strategic partners to expand the talent network and increase visibility in the regional market.
  • Ensure a seamless, empathetic candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and transparent feedback loops.
  • Coordinate assessments, interview scheduling, and offer processes using modern scheduling and collaboration tools.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and use data insights to improve funnel performance.
  • Maintain data integrity across ATS and dashboards, providing regular reports and insights to the TA Lead and People team for decision-making.
  • Implement continuous improvements in recruitment operations based on candidate feedback, analytics, and labor market trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, full-cycle recruitment, ideally within digital agencies, creative studios, or tech-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals, regional hiring trends, and departmental talent forecasts.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring across LATAM for roles in Development, QA, Design, Content, and Digital Marketing.
  • Advanced sourcing expertise using AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche platforms for passive talent engagement.
  • Strong command of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR, Indeed, Lever, Workday), with attention to data structure, pipeline integrity, and workflow efficiency.
  • Proficiency in managing recruiting KPIs and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets; strong grasp of data hygiene and reporting fundamentals.
  • Experience applying SEO and recruitment marketing principles to craft high-converting job postings.
  • Familiarity with assessment tools and interview scheduling platforms to streamline process execution.
  • Exposure to predictive hiring models or data-driven selection approaches is a strong plus.
