About the role
- In collaboration with Market President, responsible for incremental improvement of in-network utilization through growth in new patient referrals
- Uses data to make informed decisions that guide a strategic call plan
- Conducts face to face visits with physicians, providers, and influencers to inform them of new services
- Identifies barriers and facilitates resolution improving care delivery
- Creates and operationalizes a retention plan for at-risk physicians and providers
- Convenes market stakeholders to discuss and address competitive threats and performance improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or communications (required)
- 2 years experience in sales, customer service, education, or marketing (required)
- Formal Sales Training (preferred)
- Clinical Training (preferred)
