About the role

  • Deliver clean Revit and/or Sketchup models for our 3D Artists
  • Model architectural massing in Sketchup based off client provided CAD/Drawings
  • Model site hardscape and topography in Sketchup based on client provided CAD/drawings
  • Optimize client supplied Models
  • Conform to our Modeling Standards
  • Provide the team with clean import files
  • Refine client provided Sketchup models based off inspiration images or sketches
  • Organize and understand client supplied drawings

Requirements

  • A solid portfolio of work
  • Extensive experience with Sketchup
  • Experience with the Adobe Acrobat Suite (Photoshop/Indesign)
  • Exposure to 3DSMax, Corona, Unreal Engine or Revit a Plus
  • Minimum BS degree in Architecture; Masters in Architecture optimal
