About the role

Design, build, and maintain automation workflows primarily using n8n.
Integrate internal and external tools via APIs, webhooks, and custom modules.
Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and transform them into seamless automated workflows.
Jump into light custom scripting (Python/Node.js) where needed to enhance n8n capabilities.
Monitor, test, and optimize automation flows for reliability and scalability.
Document all workflows to make them easy for others to understand and build on.
Partner with business teams to map out processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Support data scraping/enrichment for recruiting and marketing with tools like Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, and Clearbit.
Build data pipelines and dashboards that enable frictionless data flow across the organization.

4–8 years in automation, systems integration, or similar roles.
Proven experience building advanced automations in n8n (must-have).
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and workflow orchestration.
Comfortable writing basic Python or Node.js scripts to extend automation functionality.
A systems thinker: you see the big picture, not just individual tasks.
Familiarity with scraping and enrichment tools (Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, Clearbit).
Analytical and detail-oriented, yet creative and resourceful in problem solving.
Strong communication skills: you can explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates.
Bonus points: experience in BPO, SaaS, recruiting, or sales/marketing tech environments.
