About the role
- Provide comprehensive support for various business operations, digital projects, and content and social media management.
- Collaborate across functions to manage scheduling, coordinate tasks, and develop engaging content for both internal and external audiences.
- Oversee tasks and timelines utilizing project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Monday.com.
- Assist in project planning, progress tracking, and team coordination.
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate interviews, including scheduling podcast guests.
- Facilitate seamless scheduling across various time zones.
- Create and edit graphics, videos, and marketing materials for digital platforms.
- Compose blog posts and other content to enhance brand storytelling.
- Monitor and engage with social media interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in virtual assistance, project coordination, or digital content support.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based teams is advantageous.
