Analyze supplier proposals to determine a fair and reasonable price position
Cross functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain
Substantiate cost estimates and prepare recommendations for support of supplier and customer negotiations
Develop and improve cost analysis templates and tools
Communicate findings and present recommendations
Support Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) programs and assist in developing emerging Cost Analysts
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Experience (paid or unpaid) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Contracts/Negotiations, Financial Planning, Estimating and Pricing, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or a relevant Engineering discipline
Experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to travel 5% of the time (preferred)
Analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills (preferred)
Must meet export control compliance requirements: be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
