Serve as a strategic partner to Quality, Operation and Execution leaders to drive organizational efficiency and operational excellence
Guide and facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies, processes, and metrics to track progress and enable attainment of business goals
Drive new ways of working that motivate and engage a mobile, technologically fluent, globally distributed workforce
Lead team to ensure a focus and finish mentality for key projects/initiatives
Collect, organize, and visualize data into insights using digital tools within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and stakeholder commitments
Provide coaching, guidance and development opportunities to team members
Drive improvements to operational health through management system to ensure execution of mitigation planning
Partner with key stakeholders to manage and support special projects targeted at enhancing operational efficiency
Requirements
3+ years of experience with program management, project management and/or business operations
Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
1+ years of experience using critical business and financial acumen in order to influence and shape process and/or strategy
5+ years of experience in leading teams and team development
1+ years of experience working with geographically dispersed teams
5+ years of experience leading and managing the development and integration of business plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
5+ years of experience architecting business transformation or optimization projects
5+ years of experience directly supporting and improving operational health & performance of a program and/or organization
3+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
5+ years of experience building a team and developing employees
1+ years of experience working as part of an engaged, multifunctional team, supporting factory operations (preferred)
Experience using Program Management Best Practices: Configuration Control Board (CCB), Risk, Issue, Opportunity (RIO), Performance Management, Requirements Management, Integrated master scheduling (preferred)
