About the role
- Supports/Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
- Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, and/or program initiatives
- Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be standard methodologies across the industry
- Implements Program Management Best Practices and creates reports, metrics, and change activities to support project decision makers and improve project management and integrated scheduling processes and business systems
- Directs all phases of projects, or subsystems of major projects, from inception through completion
- Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
- Coordinates commitments with internal and external partners to fulfill strategies
- Assists customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
- Works 100% onsite in either Seattle or Everett, Washington
Requirements
- Experience with Integrated Scheduling
- Experience communicating with employees, customers, peers and multiple levels of leadership
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment
- Experience using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Senior: 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP), Program and Project Management Best Practices, Agile Scrum Master, Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS), Microsoft Project, Milestones Pro, and BORIS
- Agile Scrum Master, PMP, PgMP or equivalent Project Management (preferred)
- Must meet export control compliance requirements; a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required
