About the role

Serve as a liaison between the business/function and IT and related organizations to understand priorities and develop strategy
Educate on IT service offerings
Collaborate directly with business/function to understand problems or initiatives and represent the business within IT to engage resources
Explore alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time quality
Develop and execute communication plans, including status to leadership and to business/function stakeholders
Identify risks and impacts and coordinate with business/function to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitments
Provide input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools and techniques and ensure alignment to quality management solutions
Account for dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of applicable business unit(s)
Work directly with program engineers, senior leadership, and IT Infrastructures teams to develop and implement IT solutions

Bachelor’s degree or higher
3+ years of experience working in the Information Technology (IT) field
3+ years of experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against to ensure high quality delivery
3+ years of experience in project management to track implementations
3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership
Experience with giving presentations and public speaking
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship)
Must meet export control compliance requirements and be a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
