About the role
- Support defense program execution by collaborating cross-functionally by providing financial insights to enhance decision making
- Analyze financial data to support forecasts and cost management
- Prepare performance reports and collaborate with teams to assess trends
- Assist in developing business cases and ensuring compliance with financial policies
- Support data analysis, cost management, and financial compliance while honing communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Potentially perform some onsite work at Tukwila or Everett, Washington as required by hiring team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, linking worksheets)
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role (preferred)
- Experience performing financial analysis (preferred)
- Background in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost performance reporting (preferred)
- Experience with large data sets and tools (e.g., Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI) (preferred)
- Drug Free Workplace: post offer testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met
- Export control compliance: must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15
