About the role
- Build and evolve long-term financial models (forecasting, budgeting, consolidated P&L, business unit-level financials, cash flow, etc.)
- Lead complex financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic trends
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, Growth, Operations, and People, translating strategy into financial impact
- Drive automation and optimization of FP&A processes to improve speed and data reliability
- Contribute to the annual planning cycle, quarterly reviews, and rolling forecasts
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor financial KPIs and performance
- Support business case development and ad-hoc analysis (new product launches, pricing strategies, M&A initiatives)
- Serve as a technical reference within the FP&A team, promoting best practices and analytical excellence
- Shape and evolve the company’s financial planning processes and drive insights to support executive decision-making
Requirements
- Keen interest in learning and applying the latest technology to daily work; knowledge and experience with GenAI (e.g., ChatGPT) a must
- Relevant experience in FP&A, strategic planning, investment banking, strategic consulting, or corporate finance
- Advanced financial modeling skills and solid understanding of managerial accounting
- Advanced Excel skills (a must)
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau (plus)
- Familiarity with ERPs and planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights) (advantage)
- Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and business insights
- Strong analytical thinking, business sense, attention to detail, and autonomy
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (essential for investor and stakeholder communication)
