About the role
- Ensures and assess Compliance to Processes and Procedures
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
- Analyzes and interprets data
- Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under minimal direction
- Responsible for managing training projects
- May require visits to other sites; based out of Auburn or Everett, Washington
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
- 5 years of experience in performing data analysis
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 3+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team
- 1+ years of experience with project management
- Preferred: 5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
- Preferred: 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience with internal auditors
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
