About the role
- Lead liaison activities between the business or function and IT
- Collaborate directly with business to understand problems or initiatives
- Represent the business within IT to engage the right resources
- Develop and execute communication plans for business and IT stakeholders
- Identify risks and impacts and coordinate mitigation plans
- Provide input and lessons learned on IT processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience with product support components
- Experience with analytics and Gen AI product capabilities
- Experience implementing a range of IT products in support of various functions: engineering, manufacturing, quality, and/or supply chain
